Yesterday was an exciting day for us, we got to use the CAR! It's the little things, you know?
Well we decided to head for downtown and see what there was to see. We found a really neat little "mall" downtown that reminded me of that place in Atlanta we took the kids trick or treating, And there was even a little event going on in this mall/park too! So we pulled over to see what it was.
There is a children's theatre here putting on "Wonka" and they were doing a promotion, in the way of free ice cream, cookies and treats! Yes please! So while Oscar slept in the stroller (poor guy, he misses a lot during his naps!) Makayla got to enjoy free ice cream and coloring!
Can you tell she's posing for this picture? She said "Ok, how's this Mama?" Yes, I take a LOT of pictures, and make her pose for most of them ;-) Then she always asks to look at it afterward and lets me know if it's good or not! She really cracks me up!

During the promotion, they also had a giveaway, we entered Makayla and she won 2 free tickets to see the show next weekend! I am SOOOO excited, Jordan even said we could go! And if any of you know Jordan and his aversion to theatre, that is HUGE! (I know, how the heck did I ever marry someone who doesn't like theatre? Bizarre!) So I will have to let you all know how it goes next weekend! I'm assuming since they had a 3 year old enter the contest, they let little kids come watch the play? I'm calling them tomorrow to see :-)

I am so jealous of all your adventures! You sure have some lucky traveling kids!
