Justj down the street from us in Nashville (Mt Juliet, TN) is a VERY cool children's park called Charlie Daniels Park! It is big, full of fun things to play on, and perfectly made to tire your toddler out for her nap :-)
We went there with Mak's friend Addisen! They had a blast!
Hanging on the toddler sized rings (who knew they could do that already?)
They also had fun playing in the train among many other things there
(like sand boxes, swings, bridges, towers, slides!)
Oscar pretty much just took a nap ;-)
And other than ending up in timeout for throwing sand...
Makayla had so much fun she slept for THREE HOURS during nap time!
It was great! And Makayla asks to go back, just about every day!
I think parents underestimate the power of playing outside. I am a firm believer of "outside kids". :) The park looks awesome! :)
