an apple a day...

ok, well Oscar isn't old enough for apples yet,

so I guess that's why he still needs to see the doctor every 2 months :-)

So we made a trip down to Olympia for his 4 month checkup!

Has it really only been 4 months?

Seriously, it feels like he's been a part of our family for so much longer!

I just love this little guy!

He is now

25 1/2 inches long

15 lbs

and is about the 50% percentile with both of those.

But he still has a small head. Apparently. 20% percentile small.

weird.

Still. I think it suits him.

Really, he is just too darn cute!

Since we were in Olympia we couldn't pass up the chance to visit with Jordan's family

So Stacey and Andrew met us over at Jordan's parents house!

Makayla was SOOO excited to see Andrew!

And he was pretty excited to see her too!

They had so much fun running around together!

And it was a beautiful day for it too!

Makayla also made her first trip down to the lake!

I can't believe she hasn't been down there before!

I can't wait to take her out in one of the boats!

I love Jordan's parents yard, it is so beautiful!

And it was such a fun visit too!

I am so grateful to be close to family this summer!
