Sea World San Antonio

Because it deserves it's own post :-)

I was lucky when we moved to San Antonio to have other wives! Hooray! I wasn't alone anymore! And better than that, some of them had kids too! Yahoo!

I'd only been there a couple of days when they graciously invited me to go to Sea World with them. The price of a one-day ticket and a season pass were only $10 different, so we opted for the season and are SO grateful we did! Because we went... a LOT!

There was a giant water park area that had lots of fun places for the kids to go and run and splash and play.

Did you ever see that movie up for the Oscar, the Whale Rider?

Well, it's got nothing on Oscar ;-)

Oscar is learning to dress himself. I guess it all started with wanted to be extra safe at the water park. Which by the way, he did to himself, I didn't do this to him.

We went on numerous occasions with different groups. I had a blast every time! It was fun not to feel rushed or hurried and just enjoy the park, then leave when we needed to!

The kids loved all of the Sesame Street themed things there were.

Especially meeting them face to face! Who knew Cookie Monster was so huge?

Must be all those cookies and milk :-)

Oscar was a little hesitant with a few of the characters.

And we were able to go with Makayla's friend a lot too. They had so much fun together!

We will definitely miss having a theme park in our back yard!

What can I say? I've been so spoiled in my life!
